Letter Before Claim sent on 13th April 2023

 On 13th April 2023 I sent, by email, a Letter Before Claim seeking to challenge the false claim of Mr. Charles Mountbatten-Windsor to be "King Charles III".

The Proposed Date for Reply to the Letter Before Claim is 17:00 on Friday 21st April 2023.

Your beliefs about the Monarchy are based on assumptions about events more than 300 years ago

 I anticipate that most people who visit this blog will start from the viewpoint that Mr. Charles Mountbatten-Windsor is lawfully "King Charles III" and that it's "obvious" that he is King. A legal challenge to the supposed right of Charles Mountbatten-Windsor to be "King Charles III"

 On Thursday 8th September 2022 Mrs. Elizabeth Mountbatten-Windsor* (commonly, but incorrectly, referred to as "Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II") died at Balmoral Castle. The claim was made on the following day that Mr. Charles Mountbatten-Windsor had implicitly automatically succeeded Mrs. Elizabeth Mountbatten-Windsor as Monarch of the supposed "United Kingdom" and on 9th September 2022 was already being referred to as "His Majesty the King".
